# Statistics: corrected 5th grade math exercises in PDF.

Statistics with corrected 5th grade math exercises will help you master this chapter. In addition, the student will need to know the various definitions as well as the vocabulary of statistics: population, character and its type. This will allow him to differentiate between these concepts and to use them properly.

### Exercise #3 Statistics:

The 24 students of a 5th grade class elected their delegate. The ballots were counted with the following results:

éric – éric – Chloé – éric – Chloé – Anne – Chloé – éric – Yann – Lise – éric – Chloé – Yann – Lise – éric – Yann – Chloé – éric – Yann.

1°) Present these data in a table.

2°) What is the maximum number of employees?

### Exercise 4: “Rainfall in a city

1°) What are the 4 months of drought?

2°) The city has suffered 2 months of flooding: which ones?

3°) Indicates the maximum and minimum rainfall.

### Exercise 5: “Distribution of the working population

1°) What is the most important sector in each country?

2°) In which country is industry most important?

### Exercise #6:

The artistic activities practiced by the French are distributed as follows: photography: 46%; video with 21%; drawing with 13%, then dance and piano with 10% each.

Construct a pie chart of French artistic activities.

### Exercise #7:

Yannick has 45 comic books: 15 Tintin; 6 Batman; 10 Titeuf and 14 Bone.

Represent this distribution using a pie chart.

### Exercise #8 Statistics:

A survey of 30 children was conducted on the amount of time, in hours, spent watching television.

The distribution is given in the following table:

1) How many children watch TV for more than 1 hour? less than half an hour?

Here is the number of selections in the French team of the footballers who participated in the European Cup 2000.

1°) Reproduce and complete the following table:

2°) Represent these data by a histogram.
